  1. Moneyball (2011).  This isn’t a baseball movie and for that I’m grateful. I dunno if it was my awesome falafel sandwich or the magic juice I was drinking, but I found this movie really exciting. Giddy, nearly. I’m not gaga over Mr. Pitt, but he’s got some amazing acting chops and they shine here. Also, Spike Jonez has an AH-MAZING cameo.
